This week was an amazing vibe in London the Grammies, Fashion Week and some amazing art openings all in one week. At the beginning of the week I found myself in No 10 for the launch of ‘Britain Creates’ who with the help of the Cultural Olympiad have fused together fashion and visual arts including artists such as Marc Quinn and Gavin Turk.

I dropped into Josh Lilly for the impressive and prolific Sarah Dwyer show: ‘falling into position’. She chose to be photographed in front of a painting which she told me has a beginning and an end.

Then it was to Trafalgar Square the launch of the Fourth Plinth with Elmgreen & Dragset’s extra member Joannah Lumley waiving to us below.

Then taking a break checking out the brand spanking new Prada store, where I was not sure if Elmgreen & Dragset had created a new version of their infamous ‘Modern Moses’…

However we were soon discover lovely Anaise’s proud Dad … no other than Emmanuel Perriton.

Later on Thomas Zipp and Rashid Johnson were also telling me all about their babies as Alison Jacques walked around with her gorgeous little girl.

I discovered a fantastic new Gallery Carroll/Fletcher had opened and wow - what a statement. John Wood and Paul Harrison’s ‘Things That Happen’ was very clever and very inspiring.

But on the fun side - Off I went to the fantastic new gallery 'Imitate Modern' which has a very different edge... Here is Jaqui, the photographer Tyler Shields with Miss Eastwood … daughter of Clint and Miss Brantjes, daughter of Jaqui.

Beyond the Gates had been created with Barbie struggling to escape covered in blood.

Even more naughty were these red light girls in the window enticing the art enthusiasts to check out the scene. Tyler had managed to hang himself to the gates of Buckingham Palace which was his key piece.
