Laurel Nakadate: Feature Films at the ICA - Switch Off Your Television
Thursday 01 December 2011
To mark the close of the Nakadate's first UK solo exhibition the Institute of Contemporary Arts will screen her two feature length films. Nakadate's films, Stay The Same Never Change and The Wolf Knife both examine inter-personal relationships through the prism of sexuality, loneliness, voyeurism, power, seduction and innocence, challenging the way we use sexuality to establish our identities and interact with the world around us. The Switch Off Your Television season brings both of Nakadate's feature films to the ICA screen.
