Basel is the fair you can never complete… so much to see and take in. We were fascinated by the work of Liselor Perez at Sans Titre gallery, she is a young artist creating haunted domestic works. She seems to be exploring intimacy, memory and identity. The curtain is an entrance into a domestic landscape

At Gallery Krizinger was Hans Op De Beeck ‘s ‘Cecile’. Cecile has a strong presence - you just know she is of decades past and abides to the system’ she shows love and compassion on one hand but with the other hand leads us to feel there is darker undertone just about to reveal itself

Meanwhile… back in London a small group of works from the Zabludowicz Collection were being installed at Christie’s…. Lizzie popped in and sent us some snaps… Beyond Ordinary is the name of the sale and feels like a good way to sum up our approach, they riffed the design off our Invites books, but I wonder if anyone noticed
