In dark rainy London, Lizzie and I visited the eerie works of Kira Freije at The Approach. The works were atmospheric and beautiful
We had a lovely team Christmas party at 176 Prince of Wales Road before the end of the final show
It was a very sad goodbye to 176 after over 15 years and over a hundred shows later. The team were exemplary, and I am so proud of them and the many shows and artists we supported. I am so proud we were able to serve the public with our shows. On the very last day, I wore badges of many of the wonderful past shows
On the last day friends from everywhere dropped by including Toby Ziegler, and collectors Muriel and Freddie Salem from the Cranford Collection
My most loyal friends Simmone and Barry Angel; they never missed a show
Shai Baitel, Artistic Director of the Modern Art Museum Shanghai, brought along with him Isaac Julien who is a constant in my life, and Matt Copson
We visited a new and exciting collection called Perimeter, where there was a show of works by Ida Uddenberg
The show was very well curated and brilliantly attended
My highlight was a visit to Thomas Dane Gallery, who were hosting the Studio Voltaire show, great fun!
