NADA Miami 2018

20 December 2018

Now the fun really begins! After seeing much of the usual suspects at Art Basel I head to NADA which is a world of discoveries

NADA Miami 2018
The most exciting is Daata Editions which were showing some wonderful moving paintings hung directly on the wall, magic. The works looked superb and for a steal people could transport them from the wall to their own home

We showed some wonderful works as Chloe Wise, one of the Daata artists, poses in front of the new artworks by Ollie Dook, Jakob Kudsk Steensen and Puck Verkade. Plus works by Tracey Emin and Jacolby Satterwhite!

At Shane Campbell Gallery I was very excited to acquire works by David Leggett. I have been following his humorous works for a long time and decided it was time to make a move. I enjoy his light footed way of entering into the heavy subject of racism in the USA

At Acadia Missa we spied our very first Lewis Hammond, a British Artist born in Wolverhampton

At Shoot The Lobster Tif Zab discovered the Jamaican Canadian young artist Tau Lewis, her practice is rooted in historical traumas

We enjoyed the work of Ivy Haldeman ‘Figure, Half Reclining, Hand Pushes Bun’
