Back in London the snow had arrived, creating a winter wonderland! In New York, the weather was much milder, with rain from time to time
We visited the studios of Hank Willis Thomas with Hans Ulrich Obrist and it was a fascinating visit. Hank was a gracious host and his studio team were just as awesome as him
We visited the Guggenheim and loved the Alex Katz show which was so strong with such presence. The art works were so beautifully personal

At 1500 Broadway, Tiffany had installed this stunning artwork
It was so sad to say goodbye to the Aaron Fowler painting which had hung all the way through Covid
The offices also had a wonderful hang, and included works by Walead Beshty, Kelly Walker and Wade Guyton
The worst show I have ever seen was ‘Louis’ by Louis Vuitton comprising of 200 boxes created by creatives and artists
At Jeffrey Deitch, we saw so many wonderful works, including this fabulous sculpture
Urs Fischer had created a treasure trove with ‘The Joy of Missing Out’
I went back to Lily and Olivia’s space and it was a farewell to their fabulous show ‘Lux Feminae’

Next up was a visit to the Theaster Gates show where he had thoughtfully placed a Sam Gilliam boot
On my birthday we had an incredible visit to Salon 94 where Gaetano Pesce’s amazing furniture pieces were on show
