About

Omsk Social Club is a collective that blends Live Action Role Play (LARP) and contemporary art to collapse the boundary between fiction and reality. Their immersive installations invite audiences to enter speculative worlds that interrogate belief systems, power, politics, and social structures.

Each work is unrehearsed and co-developed with participants, making the distinction between artist and audience fluid and transformational. With over 4,000 participants to date across Europe, their projects have touched on themes ranging from cryptoraves and decentralized currencies to survivalism, catfishing, consensus rituals, and virtual subjectivities.

Omsk’s installations generate artifacts—films, installations, scripts—that linger as echoes of the immersive experience. Rooted in collective imagination and speculative worlding, Omsk continues to map liminal spaces between lived reality and invented worlds, where alternative ways of being can be rehearsed, inhabited, and reimagined.
