Ryan Gander at the Museum Beelden aan Zee, Netherlands

The Zabludowicz Collection is delighted to loan Ryan Gander's You walk into a space, any space, Or, Poor little girl beaten by the game, (2009) to the Museum Beelden aan Zee in the Netherlands, as part of their exhibition 'Ryan Gander X Edgar Degas: Pas de Deux', from 20 June 2025 to 4 January 2025.

The exhibition is Ryan Gander’s first solo show in the Netherlands, it creates a dialogue between the work of the British visual artist Ryan Gander (1976) and that of the French painter and sculptor Edgar Degas (1834 - 1917). It features Gander’s series of twenty-one ballerinas together for the first time, and in direct connection with Degas’ famous sculpture.
