Gillian Wearing's Sleeping Mask has been loaned for inclusion in Structures of Recollection and Perseverance, a new presentation by Jennifer Tee at Kunstraum, London. Running in parallel to her current Camden Arts Centre exhibition Let It Come Down, Structures of Recollection and Perseverance adopts unconventional museological display methods to create an environment combining Tee's own work with additional artworks and artefacts related to concepts of 'the soul in limbo' and the potential of female forms of defiance. Wearing's Sleeping Mask channels the traditions of death masks through a mould taken from the artist's own face

Jennifer Tee Structures of Recollection and Perseverance continues at Kunstraum until 26 August 2017 at Kunstraum, London. For more information please visit the Kunstraum website.
