Invites artists for 2022–23 announced!

The Zabludowicz Collection is delighted to announce the next three Invites artists for 2022-23.

Shinuk Suh, Rebecca Parkin and Molly Erin McCarthy will each present work as part of the Invites programme, which is dedicated to solo exhibitions by UK-based artists without UK commercial gallery representation.

London-based Korean artist Shinuk Suh works across kinetic technologies, silicone and steel industrial structures, and transforms the galley into a tragic comedy of errors from 22 September30 October 2022.

From 10 November18 December 2022 London-based painter Rebecca Parkin presents her work. Parkin responds to genres such as fan art, horror films, and cosplay. Parkin draws on seventeenth century Dutch portraiture and traditional methods of pop culture illustration to interpret the changing landscape of fantasy, gender and sexuality.

Plymouth-based artist Molly Erin McCarthy interprets the landscape, folklore and history of Cornwall and presents her work from 12 January26 February 2023. McCarthy’s world-building practice materialises across an interactive game space and 3D printed dioramas.
