Last February artist Thomas J Price lectured at the Zabludowicz Collection as part of our Master Class programme. As one of our 2020 guest artists, Price discussed his fascination with the minutiae of body language, facial expression, and external presentation, and in turn, their ability to suggest a state of mind. We learnt about his engagement, via sculpture, with issues of representation and perception.

This Wednesday, 27 April 2021, Thomas J Price will be in conversation online with the Henry Moore Foundation as part of their Fabrication Research Season, looking at Public Commissions and Collaborations. Our Director, Elizabeth Neilson, will be talking to Price about recent examples of his work with fabricators, including the use of bronze foundry processes for sculptures such as Reaching Out 2020, installed at The Line, London and Within the Folds (Dialogue 1) 2020, currently at Sculpture Milwaukee, USA.

Staring at 6pm on Zoom, book your free ticket here.
